What we did: 

We worked closely with the Clients to develop a layout which would meet the needs of the family, in terms of flow and spatial arrangement.  At the same time, we balanced this with creating a stylish contemporary home.

Our Clients were particularly keen to use the most energy-efficient systems available, to reduce energy consumption and their carbon footprint.  We used the Passivhaus planning software to model the predicted thermal performance of the house.
