What our Clients asked for: Having spent time looking for a suitable property locally to buy and adapt, our Clients couldn’t find anything which met their brief.  They loved the location of their existing house but felt it couldn’t deliver the future-proofing space they wanted to achieve.  We came up with a concept scheme which enabled them to stay in their existing home whilst achieving the space and energy improvements they were keen to see.

A utility room doesn’t often appear in photographs, but this space works really hard, providing space for the dogs in addition to the laundry.

The entrance door is tucked down the side of the house, so we created a covered porch with lighting and a post box, to make it more obvious to visitors.
